Ready to reconnect with your body, your habits, and your health? Wholehearted Wellness is a 6-week group experience designed to help you gently shift into sustainable wellness through mindful eating, nourishing self-care, and compassionate coaching support.
Whether you’re looking to release weight, regain energy, or show up for yourself more fully, this evening Zoom series offers the accountability, inspiration, and tools to get you started—and keep you going.

Meet the facilitators:
Ellen Falconer, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005, opened Olympic Peninsula Mindfulness in 2018 when she completed Mindfulness Northwest's 350-hour Mindfulness Teacher Training program. From there, she became certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the internationally acclaimed gold medal standard in mindfulness training. In 2023, Ellen became certified as a Somatic/Body-informed Life Coach through the Somatic School in the U.K.
Jaime Williams has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1999, a salon and shop owner since 2015, and a dedicated mother of twins since 2017. After years of working behind the chair, she expanded her passion for well-being by becoming a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2021. Blending over two decades of experience in the beauty industry with holistic health coaching, Jaime Williams helps clients cultivate balance in their lives through mindful self-care, nourishment, and sustainable wellness practices. She believes true well-being extends beyond diet and exercise—it’s about fostering a lifestyle that integrates self-love, stress management, and intentional habits.
As a co-facilitator of Wholehearted Wellness – Integrating Mindfulness, Movement, and Nourishment, Jaime Williams brings her expertise in health coaching while Ellen guides participants through somatic awareness and mindfulness practices. Together, they create a supportive space for individuals to reconnect with themselves, develop healthier routines, and embrace wellness as a way of life.
